In short

This site sets no cookies, does not track visitors and loads no external fonts or maps. If you only read, nothing is left behind beyond the data needed to deliver the page to you — anything further arises only if you send the contact form yourself.

Delivering the site

The site is delivered through the infrastructure of Vercel Inc. (USA). Each request creates a server log entry containing:

  • your IP address
  • the date and time of the request
  • the address requested
  • browser and operating system identification
  • the referring page, if any

Purpose and retention

This data is required to deliver the site and to defend against abuse; the legal basis is our legitimate interest in a working service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The logs are held by the infrastructure provider, deleted there after a short period, and are not evaluated by us on a personal basis.

Transfer to the USA rests on the contractual safeguards agreed with the provider.

Contact form

If you fill in the contact form, we process:

  • your name (required)
  • your email address or your telephone number — we need one of the two in order to reply
  • your enquiry, if you write one (optional)

Where these details are held

The data is stored in our database at Supabase in the Frankfurt region (eu-central-1) and used solely to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is the initiation of a contractual relationship (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

To defend against abuse, a non-reversible check value is derived from your contact details; it serves only to limit large numbers of submissions from the same source in a short time.

Once your enquiry has been dealt with, the entry is deleted unless a statutory retention obligation applies. Your details are not passed on for marketing purposes.

Redirects

The “Request access” button and sign-in links lead to ofis.firmena.app. That is the administration surface of the same platform and carries its own notice.

Your rights

You have the right to obtain information about the data held about you, to have it corrected or erased, to have its processing restricted, to object to processing, and to data portability. Please write to the address given in the imprint.

You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
